All around good cup of coffee. Honey and raisin-like sweetness stood out. We roasted 1.5 min after FC which was @ 8.5min around 385 degrees. Dropped @ 408 degrees F.
Easy crowd pleaser
We've used many boxes of this coffee this year and last. It's not extremely distinct, as you might expect with a regional blend, but it has basically no downside. It doesn't do super-bright, and doesn't express a ton of fruit. Espresso is chocolate-notes. It roasts well from city+ to French Roast, so it's been hyper flexible for blending, cold brew, and for single origin espresso, particularly for places that sell more milk drinks. It's a good value coffee.
