Our Ndima-Ini AA microlot was produced by the Gakuyu FCS at the Ndima-Ini Factory in Kenya's, Nyeri County. The Gakuyu FCS represents nearly 900 smallholders across 120 hectares. This microlot is comprised of mostly SL 28, SL 34, Batian and small amounts of Ruiri 11.

Timely and selective hand picking was carried out in Kegwa. Cherry was delivered to the wet mill the same day it was picked. Cherry sorting was carried out at the wet mill prior to the pulping. Processing utilized clean river water (wet processing) that was recirculated before disposal into seepage pits. Sun drying on raised tables was done before delivery of the coffee to the dry mill for secondary processing.
