My latest blend component

by

I've only ever dabbled in Uganda, but this is the first Uganda I'm really excited about. I love the cocoa powder, roasted nuts, and peach notes. I'm going to make this 25% of my drip blend.

Sweet & balanced

by

I am new to roasting and decided to try a collection of different coffees to start. I roasted this as a light roast. Dropped at 1 minute post first crack. I’ve used it in a Blend and stand alone and have been very happy with it. Super sweet pre and post grind aroma which comes through in the cup. Nice mouth feel.
