Great roasting and drinking coffee

This Tanzania Blend is a very good cup of coffee. I roasted to full city + and it was wonderful. Very good price for such a great product. I ordered my second bag yesterday.

Great balance of African fruitiness with classic coffee flavor

Coming from a typical Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, etc 'classic' or maybe mass produced coffee taste preference, African coffees can sometimes be a little too much for me. If I want blueberry's, I'll have blueberry pancakes with my coffee. However, this seems to be a good balance of the typical African fruitiness with what I consider a classic coffee flavor. As a background, I roast almost everything to between Light and Medium depending on the bean and what I think it needs. This is good stuff. The price is right as well!
