Our Costa Rica Jaguar Tarrazú Honey is one of our coffees with a purpose. The coffee is the same as San Diego Honey, but we are asking roasters to pay $.10/lb more - and Genuine Origin will match it - for the coffee to finance FUNDAZOO's program to protect Costa Rica's diminishing jaguar population.

Good to the last cup.

I roast this coffee on the light side. First crack 30 seconds to one minute. My equipment is the Sonofresco brand of gas fired fluid bed roasters with automatic cooling cycle. Flavor is consistent. I have used it in cold brew with success, one of my best sellers. Flavor as cold brew is almost tea-like with terrific coffee finish.

Amazing!

Fantastic coffee! I roast on the Aillio Bullet and my preferred brewing method is AeroPress and pour over. The grind and initial brew, you can definitely pick up the chocolate notes. I pick up floral notes as well. This coffee is very good as. Cold brew. Why are you waiting for? Buy this coffee!
