Very interesting coffee.

The stars in my review will indicate that I do not deviate from GO's suggested scoring and descriptions.
This coffee is not as fruited as some of the current natural Ethiopians on offer here, but it is fruit forward. It leans more fruit punch/raspberry snapple in a slightly subdued way, than "blueberry bomb."
Interesting (to me) notes: The lightest sample from our profile roast was totally drinkable. Bright, but not tooth enamel peeling sour. I expected acidity to tone down as samples progressed, but it held pretty firm. Our favorite ended up being a light roast on the medium side of light, which picked up significant sweetness and no bitterness at all.
This coffee would not be good for a customer who really wants a classic cup vibe, but for people who want contemporary lighter roasts, or as a fruit addition in a blend, I think it's a solid option.

Beautiful fruity coffee - light roasted.

Amazing coffee. Just had our first 2 cups. I dumped this bean at 206 just as first crack is ending. This coffee is fantastic. Want Grape and Raspberry? Cut your bloom short and BOOM, a wonderful fruity cup. Want more of the herb and wine? Take your bloom to about 20 seconds.
Really impressed with the flavor of this coffee.
