The Pacavita region has ideal climatic conditions for growing coffee. Plants here grow in rich clay soils, enjoy just enough shade from beautiful Inga trees and are surrounded by a diverse environment of biological reserves and mountain ranges. Most farms here were established more than 30 years ago and are between 2 and 3 hectares. Producers generally wet mill their own coffees and dry them completely on patios, preserving the quality of their beans themselves.

Delicious and versatile

by -

Really pleased with the quality of this bean. We have been roasting at various levels and found amazing flavors throughout the roast spectrum. Our favorite is around FC/FC+ where it starts to develop a rich chocolaty flavor.

Great flavor, very versatile

I agree this is a versatile bean. One of my favorites actually as well as my wifes'. FC/FC+ are my preferences too. If you like cream in your coffee, this bean almost has a slight sweet taste with a little cream added.
