A smooth body, mild acidity and classic flavors: Walnut, chocolate, nougat and raisin. Essentially, a candy bar. The chasquis were the messengers of the Inca empire, the fittest and most highly trained individuals; the best of the best. They would not only run messages across great distances and topographies but could read and translate and helped to keep order. This coffee is a collection of lots from around Peru that, like its namesake, are the best of the best. Coffee cherries were machine cleaned and processed, and after the coffee was dried it was sorted by color and density to ensure that only the best beans remained.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this coffee, smooth and mild with nice flavors.

The service we receive from GO is outstanding and reliable. This was a good quality coffee it has a well rounded taste. Acidity is very mild, a good chocolate aroma and was a good medium roast coffee. The character overall was a bit low, but when mixed with 1/3 Robusta 2/3 Chasqui it has made a good espresso blend.
This is our new morning brew base!

Just ordered my 5th box. This is an excellent coffee with a mixture of chocolate and nuttiness and an excellent value. We started using it as a blend base in our morning brew. We're roasting it full city. It is one of my favorite coffee beans from Genuine Origin.
This is quickly becoming one of our go to coffees. We stop it around 413f and it’s super chocolatey. I’m in love with this bean
Smooth and Sweet

This coffee has been so good to us. Businesses love it as it’s mild and sweet notes favor both the enthusiast and the traditionalists taste buds. I’ll be sad to see this one go.
