Every time you place an order with us you’ll be receiving top-quality coffee. Each coffee we offer is the result of an extensive quality control process. We cup at every stage of production, while the coffee is still at origin, and we cup again in the U.S. before and after the coffees arrive. Plus, we run our own facilities, so it’s our people with our products every step of the way. We do a lot to make sure that what arrives at your door will be the finest we can offer, and we’re confident you’ll taste the difference.
Genuine Origin coffees are packed in GrainPro bags and sealed in easy-to-move, easy-to-ship 65-lb boxes at origin. Once boxed, they remain sealed until you open them.
We invite you to cup and get to know our coffees. Samples are free, and you can select what you’d like from our web store.
Our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable. Soon, we’ll also sell coffees in polypropylene bags, which are also recyclable (though, being super adorable and handy, we hope you might upcycle them as well).
All our coffees and prices are published on our site, and we’ve done everything we can to make it as easy as possible to order online. You can even select your own delivery date. Visit our online store and see just how simple ordering specialty coffee can be.
Our coffees are available in 65-lb boxes for easy parcel delivery via UPS Ground. You pay just $10 a box for parcel shipments or get FREE Shipping when you order 10+ boxes and select LTL at checkout. Once we ship you will receive tracking information via email so that you can monitor your coffee's progress. You can schedule your coffee to ship up to 90 days from the date you place your order.
Returns and Resolution
We accept returns of unopened boxes of coffee within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. If an issue is our fault, we will make it right.
