Ethiopian coffees are predominantly processed using two methods: natural (dry) processing and washed processing. Roasters thirst for Ethiopia naturals with their vibrant berry “fruit bomb” notes. Washed Ethiopian coffees are also renowned. They are prized for their clean, bright acidity, delicate floral notes and honey sweetness.
