Costa Rica Naranjo de Dota 2022

This microlot was produced by six farmers in the idyllic Naranjo de Dota Valley in Costa Rica’s storied Tarrazu region. Caturra and Catuai coffee cherries were picked at their ripest to maximize the sugar content. The cherries were then depulped and fully-washed. After being wet-processed, 75% of the coffee was dried using mechanical dryers and 25% was sun-dried.
